Refund policy
In short
- Digital products: no returns once the download is available.
- Printed products: no returns, because they are printed individually for you.
- Defects and errors: replacement or refund, no questions asked.
Digital products
Because files can't be returned, digital products are excluded from exchange and return once the download link has been provided. Please take a look at the product images and description before buying: they show exactly what's included. If a file won't open or is faulty, we'll send you a working file or refund the purchase price.
Printed products
Our journals and notebooks are printed for you only after you order. That's why we can't take them back or exchange them. Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases.
If something isn't right
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@careyourmind.ch. Send us your order number and a photo. You'll receive a free replacement or your money back, whichever you prefer. Returning the item is usually not necessary.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days.
