Delivery area
We deliver printed products within Switzerland. Digital products are available as downloads, wherever you are.
Digital products
After your order you'll receive the download link right away on the order confirmation page and by email. No shipping costs apply. Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam folder or write to us at support@careyourmind.ch.
Printed products: production and delivery time
Our journals and notebooks are printed individually for you after you order. This means no surplus and no stock waste.
- Production time: usually 2–4 working days
- Shipping time: usually 2–5 working days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for printed products are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs
Any import duties are shown at checkout before you complete your order. There are no surprise costs after you've ordered.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or misprinted, contact us within 5 days at support@careyourmind.ch, ideally with photos. If your order doesn't arrive, please let us know too. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your address before submitting your order. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
The German version is legally binding.
